General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Best'n Deal (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") placing an order on the bestn-deal.com website.

Article 2 — Products and prices

The products offered are described with the greatest possible precision. Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time of the order.

Article 3 — Order

The Customer validates their order by clicking on "Confirm my order". This validation constitutes acceptance of these GTC and the current pricing conditions. The order is final upon confirmation of payment.

Article 4 — Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other accepted method during the order process. Payment is secure. The Seller does not store any banking data.

Article 5 — Delivery

Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Delivery Policy. The Seller undertakes to ship within the announced deadlines.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without penalty and without justification. The terms are described in our Return Policy.

Article 7 — Legal guarantee

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Article 8 — Data protection

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing. It is not transferred to third parties. The Customer has a right to access, rectify, and delete data in accordance with the GDPR.

Article 9 — Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, French courts will have jurisdiction.
